Remoje el bacalao, y de-sal que antes de sacarlo del agua. Tiempo de remojo depende del thickeness del bacalao pero para entre 12 y 24 horas. Después exprimir el agua del bacalao y cortarlo en trozos pequeños.
Pelar las patatas y cortarlas en trozos no muy grandes, cubrir con agua y hervir. Cuando las patatas estén cocidas se escurren.Picar la cebolleta muy fina. Quite las piedras de las aceitunas. Pelar la naranja, retire la médula y cortar en trozos.En un plato hondo mezclar todos los ingredientes y añadir el vinagre y el aceite. Añadir un poco de perejil picado también.Si mezcla las papas cuando está caliente que sabe mejor.¡Buen provecho!
